This year, we’ve been busy enhancing Documenso, from improving document visibility permissions to introducing custom branding. Until now, we’ve focused on making Documenso a beautifully designed signing tool. But from day one, our mission has always been to make Documenso an integral part of every tech stack—so no one ever has to build signing from scratch again.

To achieve this, we needed to create a platform truly worth integrating. A great signing experience, worth embedding. With support for both basic and complex signing flows, user roles, and other quality-of-life features, we’re now ready to take the next step: focusing on Documenso as a component.

Today, we’re excited to launch the Documenso Platform Plan, enabling everyone to seamlessly add signing into their products.

Why Choose the Platform Plan?

The Platform plan is everyone, wanting to add signing features to their product, without the hassle.

The Platform Plan offers unlimited volume and users, empowering customers to scale without worrying about escalating costs. While our Teams Plan supports fair-use API access for automation, it’s not designed for powering platforms. The Platform Plan fills that gap, so you can build first and ask questions later. The Platform Plan is available for $2,500 annually (or slightly more with monthly billing).

A ready-to-use Widget

The Documenso signing flow widget is availible for React, Preact, Vue, Svelte and solid. The widgets let you inject custom CSS to make the design fully your own. You can also deactivate dark mode and define CSS variables, which we recommend. A detailed guide can be found here: https://documen.so/embedded

Unlimited API Access

You can embed manually created templates as well as API generated document. The document will return the token need for the widget. Check out the API here: https://docs.documenso.com/developers/public-api

One Team - Unlimited Users

The platform plan also comes with a Team included, so you can invite as many users as you like to manage your platform.

Custom Emails

Emails can now be branded and as well. For API based flow we added the option to not send emails at all, to let you use the signing links as you see fit.

You can register for the Documenso Staging environment here: https://documen.so/staging. To sign up for a platform plan, go to your staging billing settings and use a Stripe Test credit card to subscribe. After subscribing to the platform plan, you can experiment with all mentioned features without limitations.
